Ongoing Monitoring:

CRA experts continue serving you well after the new contracts and processes are implemented. We partner with your teams to ensure that contract terms are adhered to. We ensure that we correct billing errors, fight back against mid-term price increases, and work with suppliers if service levels are not being met.
